Refund policy

We sell two kinds of products: digital downloads, and physical items shipped to you (printed coloring pages, stickers, etc.). Return and refund terms differ by product type.

Digital downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after purchase. Please check the product details and file format before purchasing.

If you are unable to download your files, a file will not open, or the data is damaged or incomplete, please contact us at redprinses1216@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. After confirming the issue, we will resend working files or issue a refund.

Physical items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, stained, or misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at redprinses1216@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (a photo of the issue is helpful). After confirming, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, and we will cover any return shipping.

Please note

Colors may differ from the sample images depending on your printer, paper, and screen settings. We cannot offer returns or refunds for this reason.
